I placed an order on 12/10/07 a month later I wrote them to check the status, nothing. Another month passes, and they say they are still processing the order! I forget about it. Another month passes and I ask for a refund. Do I get one? NO! They ignore my emails until another month passes and I get the jewelry in the mail! It took them FOUR MONTHS to send it!?

I ordered the photo engraved dog tags, and they are so hard to see! You have to be at one exact angle otherwise it looks blank! I had a much better one from the mall years ago then that booth vanished. I went to 5 surrounding malls before I finally ordered online. And these are just crap!

Do not order from them!
