Toys R Us sent wrong items

I recently ordered many toys for the holidays from Toysrus.com. Some of the items that were sent to me were not the items that I ordered. I attempted to return those items to a Toys R Us store, which informed me that the items could not be returned to my credit card as they did not match the receipt. Funny how Toys R Us sent the wrong items in the first place but would not make good on their mistake. I will NEVER order from them again. Thanks for the bad experience!
