Overnight Package From Oklahoma City Not Delivered After a Week

We expected an overnight package sent from Oklahoma City, OK last Monday, 12/23, and until today, 12/30, we still have not received it from FedEx. I called because the FedEx tracking system showed that our office was closed, with no delivery attempt. That is not correct. Our office is open 9 to 5, and we expected the package from FedEx. When I called, the rep just said, "I am sorry." This is not an answer.
Regular mail may be quicker than FedEx overnight! There is no way that I can rely on any future shipping through FedEx.
