Ground Package From Ohio a Week Late, No Tracking Updates

I live in Indiana and had a package coming from Ohio, the next state over. FedEx Ground shipping maps indicated that I would have received my package within 3 days tops. I have yet to receive my package, and it has been over a week.

Not only was my package not here, but they also did not update any tracking information on my package the whole time, so I have no clue where the package is or anything. I am very upset. I kind of expected a little more out of FedEx.
