FedEx horrible shipping - package of clothing shipped by FedEx

I live in Indiana and had a package coming from Ohio, the next state over. FedEx ground shipping maps indicated that I would have received my package within 3 days tops. I have yet to receive my package and it has been over a week. Not only was my package not here, but they did not update and tracking information on my package the whole time so far so I have no clue where the package is or anything. I am very upset, I kinda expected a little more out of FedEx.
