Returning a computer to HP. Dropped off at Fedex office in original box on a Friday. Shipping label and return # clearly marked all over package. Tried tracking number on their website and came up as not found. Contacted Fedex on the following Monday and they claimed not to have received the package. CSR claimed they would investigate and call me back in 24 hours. Never received a response so I contacted "customer advocate" office in Atlanta, Sherrin Samuel, and she claimed Fedex would investigate and she would get back to me. I had to contact her as she did not call me back. She claimed they never received the package despite the shipper at the office confirming to me he had received the package and the Fedex driver confirming he had picked up the package. This is clearly gross negligence on the part of Fedex and I am pursuing my options to have this corrected including contacting BBB and letting HP know the shipper they use is incompetent. I've never had an experience like this with a logistics company and I will never use Fedex ever again.
