Missed Delivery Notice Claimed Attempt That Never Happened

I missed a FedEx delivery on Friday the 17th around 5:30 PM. I called them to see if I could pick up the package that day, and they said the office closes around 6 PM. They said they would attempt redelivery on Saturday, April 18.
I stayed home all day waiting for the package and did not go anywhere. Then 7:50 PM came, and nobody came to the door. There was no truck passing by and nothing from FedEx. I went online and tracked my package, and there was a message saying "Customer not available or business closed." I called FedEx, and they said there was nothing they could do and my package would be available for pickup on Tuesday, or I could have them attempt delivery on that day.
FedEx lies. Their workers claim that they tried to deliver a package when they did not even try. There was no note, nothing, just plain lies. Very inefficient and dishonest.
