FedEx is incompetent at delivering a holding packages

I have been forced to use FedEx services twice in the last several months for very important packages being delivered that required an indirect signature. Not only was I home during EVERY delivery attempt, but the driver did not attempt to knock on the door, call my phone, nor did he/she leave the package although the FedEx Door Tag WITH my signature was clearly on the door after the first attempt. When I went to the FedEx office TWICE during the times specified that my package would be there, I was told that the driver was still out. I have yet to receive my package and it has been four days since the first delivery attempt. On top of this, their customer service is rude and unhelpful, and I will never use fedex ever again if I can avoid it.
