Overnight Package Lies and Endless Hold, Drove to Pick Up

They repeatedly lied about delivering an overnight package and lied again when they promised to deliver it to a FedEx Office. They placed me on indefinite hold when I attempted to speak to a supervisor. I had to drive to them to retrieve my package, and I should be compensated for doing THEIR job.

I have not seen so much idiocy and so many lies from any company I have dealt with. My sincere condolences, FedEx. You get an F on everything.
