Called Tmobile cust care on this date of 09/26 to resolved my bill, and why my service is so bad, and why i am not getting an droped calls, and why my service does not work at times, why is this, i call cut care on this date they can't understand me, and this has happened so many times, and this is over, and over, and I was mad, and I was talking to them in a nice manner, and still I got the worst service ever, now they are use the past againest me when i called over, and over to resolve this problem, and no its only worse, i will not take this harrassment any more, I need a service, i do not have the funds to find an better provider if their is one, and all I talk to say that wood Dale Illinois is just an bad area, why is this, we send people to outer space, and you can not have good phone service in an populated area, we are near chicago, right by Ohear airport, and our service is bad, what is wrong with this picture, i have had it with this country right, and wrongs that people do not a thing about, they hear you, but do not fix what they hear about. Well lets fix things, a different way. I have a plan. Let's fix them by every time you say this, and that happens we get a hundred days od free service any where, you say any where, and lets see if your any where does work like you say, and the discount, how can you report it when you say I DO NOT UNDERSTAND YOU, MABE YOU WILL UNDERSTAND THIS.
