Bad Service, Customer Service No Good ripoff Dallas Texas

I have used T-Mobile for almost a year now. Most of my calls are either disconnected, they can't hear me or I can't hear them. This started as soon as I signed up for their service. I have two phones with them and both were just as bad. We called many times and they always said they would have someone check the towers (in 3 Texas cities, one of which is a major city).

I filed reports to them on their web-site. They never checked back with me until recently when I informed them that I was going to cancel as soon as my agreement expires a few weeks from now. The phones were under warranty and we went through many calls to get them exchanged, thinking the problems were due to the phones.

We went directly to the T-Mobile stores and they seemed annoyed that we went there instead of calling customer service. This was after customer service told us to go there to get our phones checked. The phones were finally replaced about two months into the service. My husband's phone did work a little better, but many calls are still dropped and the signal bars are weak.

My phone did not work any better. It is an unreliable service because you are expecting the calls to drop. I get very little service bars no matter where I am. I have to run upstairs to get semi-decent service. I tell people not to call me on it because I can't hear them anyways. I have continually called or e-mailed customer service and they always say "we'll send a technician to check out the towers".

Then I never hear from them again. They will not change my phones because they say it would not be very likely that 4 phones have the same problem, the 2 original and the 2 replacements. It is obviously a service problem which they don't care to fix since I had a year's contract with them.

Well, the year's almost up. I will never go back to them and I make it a point to let EVERYONE know what bad service this company provides.
