I recently moved from my old address in Glen Allen, Va. 23059 to Beaverdam, Va. 23015 on 07/15. I called in to T-Mobile Cust. Care to report no signal or 911 service, on all 3 of my lines on this acct. I was then told, the service in my area had technical difficulties due to down towers and software and it could take up to 72 hrs. To have results. They said tech. Team was on sight at that time to repair. I have called atleast 3x's a week up until today and kept getting the same answer with no results. I finally spoke with a lady by the name of, Jenn, today in the billing department to ask her about getting reimbursed on my bill due to not being able to use the services within a 10 mile radius of my home and she stated that i was not in the coverage area. So, all this time, with every phone call, I have been lied to. The day i called in on 07/15, I'm sure i had no service at that time so why not tell me then. They could have cared less that iI to have to leave my 2 teenagers at home with no way to contact, not even 911, while i was @ work. I am a single mother of 3 and am floored by the way T-Mobile is running this company and you can not get no further then the manager in the customer care department. No higher contact #'s or email addresses. Why? I guess T-Mobile customers are finding out why now. Please help with this situation. Stay away... Do not believe they have the largest 4G network because that would be just another lie you would fall for, as I did myself.

Desired Settlement: Other (requires explanation)
Desired Outcome Description: I would like them repremanded due to their dishonesty & poor customer service. They are trying to get me to pay for services that are not being provided. That's considered stealing in my eyes & others. Times out here are hard & they want $231.00 for nothing. I would like to be let out of this contract. I could understand if they stated from my original call 0n 07/15 that there was no service in my area and I myself agreed to keep service at that time but I was lied to up until today 08/09/12

T-mobile ripoff service in warsaw mo area 4 miles south of warsaw mo. T-mobile lied big time. I have to 3 miles to get service for all phone calls. Even 911. What a rip off. I have a 5 year old child. Ripoff
