Ripoff non working card, cust service refused to replace it. Nevada

I purchased a card online and try to use it the same day but the card would not work. It gave busy signal on all phone numbers I tried to call in the Philippines. I called customer Service after 3 hours of trying to use the card. First guy I spoke to said that they will forward the problem to Technical Department. He then said to try the card after 20 minutes. Did what he said phone card did not work. I tried to buy a new card instead but the website only lets you purchase once a day with the same credit card. I did not do so because I was already having doubts with this company. I called direct (not using the card) and got through the first try. I called Cust. Service and was told to do the same thing.

The next day I tried the card again and still was working. I called Cust. Service and ask if I can get a replacement and was told "No, There is nothing wrong with the card". She said they cannot cancel and get refund. I emailed soon as I got off the phone and said that if I do not get a refund I will do a Charge Back and report them to BBB. Five minutes later I tried the card and it was cancelled. I checked my emailed a got a sarcastic response but no word of a refund.

They've given me problems before but usually get taken care of by the following day. Customer Ser. Don't seem to speak too much English or understand but it's okay. Forget the FACT that that you pay for 200 mins. But be lucky if they give you 100 mins. I just hate people when they think they have the right to be rude when they are the ones that are wrong. It's even worst when they tell you that you are the problem.
