Good service

The service was very good and neat and clean. He was very efficient and new his work... I do have a complaint though, when I called to have the service man come out I requested a specific repair man to come out because He knew the refrigerator and he had said what was wrong. I requested him to come out 3 times and neither time was he sent WHY??? Yes I understand that the service person is very busy and sometimes he is not able to be in the same area as this call but if someone requests that person can't they arrange for that service person to come??? Please let me know and don't just say that he was busy cause HE said to ask for him... And I did the same job as they are doing at putting sevice personal; at certain jobs. I did it for 10 years so I do know the job... Thank You... The person that did the job was very good and I have no complaints on him it is the schedualing that I have the complaint with and some times we can not understand the language they are talking... Thank You again...
