Must finish contract even though no indoor service

Have contacted Cust Service many times.
They just say the service in this area is "fair".

As soon as I walk in apt, service disappears.

Even though getting trouble with work, as I
am on call!

Will not let me out of contract, they have suggested resetting network services twice already

What good is it if i don't have service at
home?
