On the dates that are so many i can't even count, Tmoblie cust care has put me on hold to talk about my bill that is not the right charges, then i was disconnected, I waited for a call back no never happened, I called back then again put on hold after going through the auto call in for an agent, or cut care, then again I asked why my bill was so high, and how these charges were made, and again they put me on hold, then again with me walking around i was disconnected, this has happened over the years of Tmobile service, and never went to an different provider, I was told time, and time again my cell tower was the balme, that I needed to take my battery out, turn off my phone, take my battery out and then have good service, never happened. I was told they were doing equipment up grades in the area, and in six months every thing will be fine, never happened, I get droped calls, and a lot of time my incoming calls go to my voice mail, I was up in west bend WI and had no phone service for five days, and had to go in to town of west bend, or Newburg WI to make when staying in ronaina WI I had no service at all, no texting, no calls service at all they gave me an $20.00 off and that was it, I never got any thing off for droped calls at my home, and its so many times, i can't even walk at times with out droped calls. Peek times I don't get good service, I get to busy system, can't find service, no service, and this has gone on, and on, and on. I call them to get an discount, and get hung up on, and after going through the auto load system, I have an bad neck, and back holding the phone is the only way they can hear me, when I put it on speak a phone they can't understand me, they can't understand me, they can't understand me, understand this, you have heled up my progress with my project for electrical energy, and I do believe you done this intentional, no attorney want my case, and one help in site. I take this over seas where the little fossil fuel can get his way here in this so called land of the free America, I ask is this an country of freedome of enterprise, I am starting to wonder. I have other complaints, and this is a start.
