Home depot feedback - Price on Sheetrock

I was in Ocala Florida and needed a whole bunch of supplies due to damage to my rental property. When I went to the store there seemed to be plenty of employies willing to greet me and help me with my needs due to my full wagon. But when I called for assistance on the phone I was put on hold for 10 min each three times that I called. I told them that if I was put on hold one more time, that they would loose a customer for life. All I wanted was a price for sheetrock, not a big deal. They told me I would have to wait due to the fact they were unloading a truck. Not Acceptable to this customer, you have lost my dedication to your store. I should not have to wait 1/2 hr for a price of sheetrock because your boys are unloading trucks. Good buy Home Depot. Hello Lowes.
