Home Depot - McKinney. Terrible Mgr Customer Service - Husky 9-DWR SS Tool Box/Cart combo

McKinney Home Depot - I purchased a stainless steel tool box/cart combo for $298 on 11/18. They now sell it for $219 it is 12/29. I called and spoke to Bonnie - a store manager - and asked to get a price match. Bonnie initially (and incorrectly) said the pricematch timeframe was 7 days. When I questioned her about tools, she later changed it to 30 days. "Either way, you are past the time." I asked if she... As a manager... Could allow this exchange since we were talking over $80.00 difference. Bonnie wouldn't budge.

I called a nearby Home Depot and that store manager offered to honor the price match - 11 days past the 30 day timeframe... He didn't hesitate, hedge, fudge, or tap dance... He quickly and decidedly agreed.

Bonnie could've done this but arbitrarily decided not to. McKinney Home Depot lost a veeerrrryyyyy long time customer.
