I made a call to the citiphone banking hotline (65) 6225-5225, on around 1.30 pm on 21st August about my missed placed credit card 1-903703-004. The lady (Ms Gloria) who answered was very bad attitude problem! She asked me all question to verify my credit card which I had given except the company name I am unable give the right company name because I have working with many company in the past and she feeling very negative. It 's that how the customer officer treat your customer. I hope as an service company (Bank) to look into it seriously.
