Prepaid card cancelled without permission, funds sent by check

Citibank cancelled my prepaid card without my permission. I now have to wait up to 4 business days to receive my funds by check. The customer service reps are rude. They don't treat you right just because you have a hearing problem. They will refuse to give you any information to file your complaint.

I contacted them a while back concerning this cancellation. Nobody got back to me, so I assumed everything was OK. These are my funds, and I should be able to use them. They give you the option of adding funds on the card, and then they cancel your card. If your employer forces you to use a prepaid card, don't do it!

Furthermore, Citibank has a habit of debiting your card twice. Beware of Citibank!
