I made a call to the citiphone banking hotline (65) 6225-5225, on 5 July around 1am about my credit card charges. The guy who answered was very bad attitude!!! He asked me to call back tomorrow because he couldnt help me. But becoz I had the same experience; they said they will call back and never called, so I told him I want to settle it now because i believe he will never call back. Then he said 'there is no one here can help you, if you want I put you on hold'. So i was put on hold but there wasn't any automated background music played so I tried to talk to him but no response. I hang up and called again. The same guy answered my call but he hang up on me once I started to speak. My third called answered by a lady resolved my problem. So what is wrong with that guy?! What kind of attitude is that?! This is not my first time encounter such bad customer service with citibank. It's ridiculous that they always say they can't help but when I call again it can be settled.
