Very disappointed with Citibank services. Have been a loyal customer having bank account and also credit card account (clear card $500 limit). Upon a increase in my pay, wanted to upgrade to a platinum card but it has been rejected several times. Also when I always wanted to sign up only one card, the salesperson of Citibank begs their customers to sign up multiple cards after having rejected by me on several occasions. Claiming that they won't be entitled any incentives if I sign up one card. Totally annoyed with this kind of service by Citibank staffs, which forced me to close both my accounts with Citibank. Citibank will lose more customers near future if they are going to lack on their service standards.
