Shady contract

This company needs to be dealt with legally. I honestly believe that as consumers we need to file a class action to stop this company. They will access your bank acct whenever they want, sometimes up to a year later! And take what they think you owe them. Sounds illegal, doesn't it? Well, it's in the contract! Of course, they don't TELL you that, but it's there. They also do not seem to understand that a contract involves an agreement between two parties and that BOTH parties must live up to contract. A contract can be voided if either party fails to live up to their end. They have damaged our home, their techs are rude and incompetent and everytime you upgrade, it's another two year term!!! I sat here and wasted two different afternoons when they stood me up-literally did not show or call-and when i explained that THEY voided our contract by their irresponsible behavior-i was told that it doesn't work that way and that in the contract i signed i gave up any legal rights to arbitration. This "enslavement" to this ridiculous company must end. They used to have contracts for indentured servitude, too, but they're not enforcable in a court of law anymore!!
