Fraudulant Charges on Phone Bill

Somehow Sendme.com got my phone number from something I ordered online and fraudulantly charged my phone # for some sort of "entertainment service, " which I NEVER authorized. (I don't even know what it is!) First let me say that I would NEVER be interested in any entertainment service for my phone. The reps claim that they sent me a pin, which I entered to activate/confirm the service. I NEVER received nor entered any pin #. They claim that they sent me texts stating that the "service" would be renewed if I didn't cancel. Why would I cancel something I never signed up for? As I told them, if I received any texts from them, they were unsolicited and I deleted them immediately-without reading them-because I assumed they were trying to sell me something I didn't want. I don't know how they got my number, but these charges are totally bogus. I only discovered these charges when I changed my phone plan and went line by line through my bill with T-Mobile. Apparently I was being charged for 10 months for this unauthorized "service, " without knowing it. The charges were never itemized, so they appeared to be part of my regularly monthly "other charges." One other company was doing the same thing, but when I called them to complain, they respectfully agreed to reimburse me if I send copies of my T-Mobile bill, showing the charges. (I hope they will honor their word.) Sendme did agree to reimburse about 1/4 of the charges as a "courtesy", but that is not acceptable. I feel that they basically stole almost $100 from me and should reimburse the full amount. I am outraged that they can get away with this blatant theft, and, though I'm not usually a complainer, I feel obligated to protect others from this horrendous victimizaion.
