Cancelled my Directv service on 12/18. They sent me boxes to return our equipment (we were told that this was our equipment when we signed up for service). The equipment was returned. But, every day since 12/18, I have received threatening phone calls stating that I did not cancel and did not return equipment and that my bill is overdue. They also say that I am still under contract so I have to pay early cancellation fees and equipment fees and they continue to bill me for services I don't have.
I asked for a copy of my signed contract and they won't produce it. I had a bankruptcy in January so that would have voided any contract i had with them. Besides, I have been with Directv since so how can I still be under a 2 year contract?
