Ripoff End their service pay the last bill they come back for more

I had an internet account with T-Mobile for over 1 year. I purchased my own, unlocied, Sieria Card and re-cycled my old Blackberry sim card with help from T-Mobile support. I Canceled the service on March 18, (by calling 611 on my T-Mobile cell and talking to Lorance) because I am not traveling for business in my current position and that was the only use for this account/card.

On April 11, after recieving a bill for another month of service, I called again and talked to another agent who told me that I had not canceled my service and there was no record of my request. After a no-win discussion I agreeded to pay the bill, was assured that it was my last bill on this account, and paid using my Visa card.

Now I have recieved another bill, for a partial month. It seems the agent I talked to didn't cancel my account properly and T-Mobile wants a partial month payment because 'it costs T-Mobile money to have the service available for my use.'.

I tried to escilate this to a supervisor, was given another agent and got a curt answer. I asked where to go for the next step in resolving this issue and was told to pay the bill, and my credit rating was at risk if I did't. I again asked for a supervisor (althoug I was loosing it and refered to this bill as extoration) and was put on hold. I finally gave up.

What is the next step? I'd love to pull all of our business from T-Mobile, (yah, like a family plan an a phone for my mother would get there attention) but we just re-upped by gettin a replacement phone for my wife.
