T-Mobile wrongly overcharged me almost 90 dollars due to a mistake they made by failing to make necessary account changes. Since they automatically debit my account each month, the bill went through and overdrew my account, however the agent promiosed that T-Mobile would refund me all overdraft fees incurred after the T-Mobile hit my account. He also promosed to call me back the next day with the final, correct bill with the itemization of the various charges. He never called me back, so I called T-Mobile again to follow up, and learn of my refund amount, and the corrected bill. The next agent said that it would take time to look up the information, so he promosed to call me back, too when he found it. He also never called me back. Finally, I called T-Mobile again to learn of the bill, and the lady said that it was my fault, and that T-Mobile wasn't responsible for any overdraft fees. I tiold her to look under the notes of the conversation that I had had with the first agent, and she said that he hadn't written anything down in his notes like he had promised abotu the overdraft fee refund. So now I have to pay for overdraft feees due to T-Mobile's mistakes. As well, I still have yet to receive a refund for their mistake.
