Tried to say I bought a digital camera through PayPal Ripoff

I received two fraudulent emails from this scam, both of which are identical and are claiming that I purchased a "brand new Nokia cell phone. The cost was $774.99 on both emails. The email stated I needed to logon to PayPal and confirm my order. Both emails claimed the shipping address was to what I am assuming is a phoney name and physical address:
