It is very sad when Verizon cannot accede the low bar set bye perennial screw up Time Warner. Not only were hold times excessive and I was sent back and forth to different departments, customer service was incapable of answering questions. When I asked for a supervisor I was given Brian (28350) and told to that Jasmine was not there. I asked for an email and a last name and someone to write a letter too and was told write to Jasmine - no last name no email, no title. I had asked for Verizon to pick up a cable box for which they wanted $79.99 to pick up - Time Warner's cost zero.
No one to report to means no customer complaints!!!

Hard to run New York customer service out of Tuscon-

Dont expect more for Ivan Seidenberg and the telephoen co.- he has proven to be a perfectly inept executive!
They better improve the customer service or Timw Warner will eat their lunch
