Kept money and product, no refund

I ordered some company pens back in April, knowing that if I or my boss didn't like them there is a product gaurantee and we could return them. I didn't even show them to my boss because they were the crappiest pens I had ever seen. 10% of them did not even work. I called customer service and got a return authorization tag sent to me, (she was obviously annoyed to give it to me). I mailed them back and waited 6 weeks, and nothing! I emailed customer service and she replied that if I sent her my credit card info again she would resend the refund. She also said refunds are taking anywhere from 5 to 8 weeks.

Well I waited the 8 weeks and resent my info. We are now at 10 weeks and I still have not received my money. It took them 5 minutes to charge my card, you can't tell me it takes this long to put money back on it. Now they won't respond and they have the merchandise and my money. Not sure what else I can do at this point. Any advice would be appreciated. I bought from them becuase they are a national company. I thought that meant they are reputable. I guess I was wrong.
