On June 18, Time Warner came to install a DVR in my bedroom. I ask the gentleman to please remove his boots, I had install a new carpet that cost me $700. The gentleman didn't listen and walk on my carpet, and the gentleman had tart in his boots marking my carpet. I may the complaint the same day, Time Warner assure me, my carpet will be clean within 24 till 72 hours. It has pass two month and still I didn't get the services i was suppose to get. I refuse to pay my bill for the services i didn't received. The result is, my cable to turn off. Am still going to refuse my services and not pay my bill until Time Warner honor there services. Is not fair Time Warner is asking there payment but my services is not been fix. Am very disgusted in how Time Warner Handel there customer I have been with them for more then 5 years off and on. As for customer service, is no help either, I keep getting, I will inform my supervisor, I will write a notice, I will email the department, let me follow up and see what can i do, this is all the remake i get from customer service. Can anyone help me? My step is to take it to the all the news, and filled sue.
