ATTuverse Worst Customer Service Ever! - AttUverse Bundle

I have spent over 7 hours on the phone with AttUverse and still have had no satisfaction! They continue to transfer me to different departments, claimed I hadn't had service with them since August which would have been difficult as they didn't even offer service in my area at that time. They gave me a confirmation number for the referral of my new number from my old phone number. It's now been 40 days, and my old phone number still says my number has been disconnected. AttUverse promised that they would refer my old number to the new one for 60 days. At this point, no one knows how to contact me at all. This is beyond a doubt the WORST SERVICE I have encountered in 59 years on this earth.
