Direct Tv"s customer support in basic language HURTS, very unprofessional and rude. While setting purchase for support I asked about my custom controllers being re programed and was certain that there is not a problem at-all once the specialist arrived. I went more and informed them that the notebook was required having a plan to achieve this and when again guaranteed it'd be achieved. Once the specialist turned up and mounted the machine I questioned concerning the controllers and was informed they've no notebook or plan and can't do that.
