Fraudulant Business Practices

I named Direct TV to obtain new support to my home and was informed many times from the sales person that I'd 15 times to stop my support with no fee. I attempted to stop my support simply 48-hours after-set-up, despite the fact that I'd 15 times. I terminated since I'd specialized issues with my support with stations & I had been guaranteed many stations that I'd to update & spend more income to be able to get, that we believe it had been incorrect that I'd to complete after I was informed that it had been incorporated on my preliminary set up phone. Additionally, I couldn't trigger my AT & T high speed internet consideration due to several problems for example obtaining planned & also being informed after-the-proven fact that I Would need to purchase a $100 gear container that I wasn't informed about within my preliminary set up. This plan was established from the specialist who found do the installation. I expected him to confirm that I've 15 times to stop in the mount day & he explained "yes".

Direct TV isn't praising their 15-day cancellation plan that I had been informed about, and it is attempting to cost me $460 to get out-of my agreement early. Personally I think this is scam on the component & wish anything can be achieved about this. I terminated my charge card that I offered them, so that they can't instantly consider that cash from me, but I am confident I'll be delivered to selections & would really like info on attempting to prevent receiving my credit strike for this.

Because it has occurred in my experience, I've read-many tales on the web of the identical senario happening to others... I'm not alone. Direct TV must be held responsible for their fraudulant business methods.
