Someone elso opened an account with my last name and address

I obtained a notice with my title onto it from direct television in regards to a television support for another person. Another person is utilizing our title and address to obtain direct television support in a unique target. This individual has been doing this to us often previously and that I did tell them of this. I've invested a lot of time on-hold while awaiting customer support as well as their identy theft department. All of them explained that there's nothing they might do about this. They've been excessively rude in my experience and incredibly arguementive.
