Bad customer service, bad picture quality!

Constitution cable have poor service equally in display quality and customer support. We're changing from Direct TV to Rental Wire simply because they were providing the Cable Television, Web and Telephone support pack. It is cheaper by $10.00 from our prior companies mixed. Really poor choice. First, once they mounted, they employed Direct TVis current wire that moves within our home and also to the TVs. After installation, the display quality was so poor and also the web wasn't functioning. We waited for many times for this to enhance and begin operating correctly, no chance. They delivered another specialist to appear in to the issue, he got the web operating however the display quality was still poor. He explained it is their point, therefore watch for several more times for it to enhance—We're not prepared to delay several more times to obtain benefits!
