On Jan 23,09 I ended my wire and online sites with Comcast. It was two times before my regular closing time for payment. Personally, I delivered the web device, two converter boxes and two remote settings. I asked about spending the ultimate statement and was informed it'd be shipped to me briefly. On Jan 30,09 I obtained a sizable statement from comcast, I seemed it around cautiously and realized that I'd been twice billed to get a purchase watch film. I named Comcast to obtain the mistake fixed and was informed to not spend that statement since the ultimate statement hadn't been reconciled and that I still had credit arriving for that gear I delivered. On Feb 9,09 I obtained what I believed was the ultimate statement, really unpleasant with big fonts stating disconnection notice, past due - please spend, due immediately. I named to protest about getting this type of rude declaration and was informed that I'd still owe an assortment charge of $25.00 and overdue charge of $7.00. All this only 16 times after I ended my support to change to Att. I did so anything the proper way, I've been with this specific organization as well as their prior operator, Time - Warner for more than 20 years and not once a late-payment. This sort of conduct is undesirable.
