False advertisement, terrible customer service

The corporation has terrible customer support. AT&T all messed up completely in purchasing this support for all of US. Our particular concerns in changing from Meal to Direct TV was that I'd have the ability to proceed saving films (DVR) and become ready to stop a display. YES, ABSOLUTELY, anything is likely to be the identical. While Direct TV arrived they mounted a "standard" container. It was the incorrect gear that AT&T requested and Direct TV mounted. TODAY, they need me to pay for $181 to be able to obtain the proper gear in my own house.

Their plan and customer support su d e! They cannot circumvent this plan and therefore are reluctant to say the charge due to their mistake completely as much as work of the leader. I'm sure is a title! There's no reason behind the client to cover the Business's mistake.

The AT&T customer support broker allegedly utilized a charge card that I never offered her to obtain the purchase. I'm attached completely around and am prepared to stop AT&T and Direct TV plus they could possibly get their costs from that charge card the repetition used-to start with.
