Exceptionally Poor Customer Service

I've had a numerous issues with Cox because shifting to Arizona three years ago. It's usually an inconvenience finding anybody about the telephone and frequently (while not usually with Technology) the CS repetition is unaware and not able to solve the problem. "Create a scheduled appointment" and watch for something representative for 2-3 hours

The present criticism: Cox evidently transformed their site (to enhance protection). Consequently I had been not able to entry or spend our statement on line when I did for three years. It got 4 telephone calls to Cox and nearly 3 hours to find out that Cox misspelled the consumer title (for Login) once they transformed the machine. After a fantastic trouble, the CS representative ultimately established (improperly) that I had been utilizing the proper user-name and code.in the place of first coping with the matter effectively and appropriately, we were arrogantly advised that people were doing something amiss also it was our issue. We required a document bill to pay for. While it came it involved a $5 cost for that report doc! After 3 more calls, Cox Technology decided the login was misspelled. Issue fixed I approached CS to get a credit for that $5 and was informed which was difficult. After another needless trouble, I had been ultimately informed they discovered a method to change the cost. (I'd an identical issue by having an inappropriate cost earlier this season. When it's been through sales, they're not likely to correct it without which makes it an inconvenience! Bad methods, bad support, bad instruction and bad tradition.)

This is exactly what we get from the government protected monopoly. Extreme expenses with no motivation to supply great support and an arrogance that places all of the load about the client (citizen).
