DSL, I pay, but do not receive

I've had numerous problems since obtaining my highspeed web (DSL) using the newest being simply not having any web at-all, and without telephone support for many times. I'm being informed after numerous calls they oversold the DSL support in my own region and most people are getting the same issue. Numerous calls to Windstream have led to only them delivering a technology out and everytime they advise me anything is working great. Nevertheless, after arranging a technology on Monday December 31st, i never noticed anybody appear and was informed he contact my home to I would like to understand they set the problem, but used to do not reply. Fake data when I was house waiting about the technology who never turned up, of course if he'd came by versus a phone towards the house telephone using the issue, he'd have discovered out that it had been still no longer working. Following a call-back to Windstream on my mobile phone, I had been informed he fixed the problem, I had been back-up and operating. After I indicated my disappointment and requested to get what i spend for, I had been provided a credit, not what i activated for, a credit. After establishing the visit for Mon without any outcomes and never viewing a specialist, I had been informed they might submit a work-order and routine another visit to get a technology ahead on Wenesday. Two (2) more times without support. Three months I've been calling and coping with web problems since I have purchase 6MBPS and obtain significantly less than 1MBPS utilizing the pace checker that the Windstream worker gave me. I've since been recording my rates everyday or if it's operating. I'd not suggest Windstream to my worst enemy.
