Free HD Upgrade Denied Because Home Deemed Commercial Property

I cannot believe how poorly I was treated by DirecTV.

I made an appointment and took off work to have an HD upgrade installed at a location where I have lived for years and paid for a service for years. Now I am told that I cannot have an upgrade because it is commercial property. Well, the building has not changed in the 27 months I have been living here. When I had my account moved here in June, it was not an issue; however, now it is? You took my money all these years, but now that I am due a free upgrade, you will not provide me with it.
