Sorry, sorry, sorry, what can i say. Been a long time customer with adt like over 10 yrs. As you know over time hings change and get better. Well when it comes time to upgrade with adt they will hit you harder than the gas or food prices. They don't try and work with you are nothing just say they want over $500 to upgrade. And i say before you do that just look around because it is other companies out there with free or under $100 to put in the same system if not better than adt. Alot of years with them to be treated like nothing when need to upgrade. Oh ya if you got a system with them and you now have digital phone service. You better get it tested cause it doesn't work with digiatl phone they will not tell you just paying every month with no monitoring at adt...
