I decided to disconnect my service with Directv because the monthly fee was just killing me for reruns. I called and found out my disconnect fee would be $120. Great. They send me the boxes, and I send them back their receivers. The same day they get the recievers they take a $270 withdrawal from my bank account. The withdrawal was absolutely unauthorized! The only way they got the card was that I had used it to pay my bill some prior month. I never allowed them to do direct withdrawal. I had even called them and TOLD them the receivers were shipped. The thieves took my money and now they refuse to return it! I was told by a Matt who claimed to be a supervisor that they would return it "soon". When the F*K is SOON? I am so angry, and I am thinking of contacting the attorney generals office to file a complaint. Do not do business with directv!!!
