I think what is happening to me is fraud

On the 5th Jan, 09 had appointment DTV for 8. Am for installation for 3 receivers, they came at 3. Pm and did the installation, and by
6. Pm the complete service broke down, I tried contacted them from that time, and all I got was voice recording until the 7th Jan, that when I got
Loreen once, and she said, she will get back to me, she did not. On the 8th I got fed up and cancel the service, then the representative told me, I have to pay $341.38 because I didnot cancel within 24hrs. They send 2 boxes for me to return the receivers, and I return the 3 receivers.
