Directv is a SCAMMER

Directv was not able to meet Verizon bundle packet. And this is how the story begins... We never had issues before with Directv up until the day cancelled our business with them. Directv promised to send a final bill and cancellation notice after we closed the account them. They were also suppose to send boxes to our home that would have arrived 3-4 business days later so we can ship our receivers back to them. 22 days later, no boxes came from FEDEX and after we saw our cancellation fees of $273.21 for not returning the receivers, we called Directv and complained. To our surprise, we found out that Directv is operated in Pakistan... And now back to the story. We contacted Directv to question why our account was being billed when we had not received the boxes to ship the receivers. They admitted that they never sent the boxes and would not charge the $273.21 because it was a mistake on their part. Well of course, like any hard working family who because of the economy is suffering to pay bills, Directv takes without authorization from a debit card posted on the account, the $273.21 from our checking. Needless to say, we have 3 freaking receivers and Directv got paid. Anyone looking for a free receiver???

The point of this matter is, 90% of the people working at Directv does not speak Englsih, not everyone is following the protocol and none of the managers have a freaking clue to what the hell customer service is!!!
Verizon on the other hand is just as bad... That will be mentioned on Verizon's comment box.
We have been screwed from Directv, corrections that were suppose to be made were not and we suffered the consequences.

By the way, we still haven't received our shipping boxes and we are in day 26. For all those who similar issues like we have encountered, please POST THEM, So Directv can see customers are freakin unhappy!!!
