STILL waiting for my refund

I arranged a motel reservation through Hotels.com, then I came across the cost was decreased your day after I arranged my reservation. Because many vacation websites provide a best price promise, I e mailed Hotels. Comis customer support plus they explained they might credit back area of the distinction and problem me "resort bucks" for the remaining. Resort dollars are like vacation deals that may be utilized on another scheduling, similar to a discount or gift certificate.

The journey was in May and that I am still awaiting the credit/reimbursement in August. I'll NEVER USE HOTELS.com AGAIN! I've repeatedly attempted to get hold of their customer support through telephone and email without any avail. I'm so disappointed and suggest that you simply prevent this site!
