Unauthorized billing

I arranged on hotels.com an area for $109.00, only for the heck of it, I named the resort to discover the things they might cost me straight. I then found out their normal price is $99.00. I named hotels.com to obtain a reimbursement for that distinction. Manuel in customer support explained "we-don't return like this." He then told me when I terminated with hotels.com the resort might still cost me. And so I named the resort and you know what... They stated that easily terminated with hotels.com and rebooked together I'd not be billed. Hotels.com is just a fraud as well as their price-match plan is complete nonsense. Don't spend your cash.
