We reserved a resort in France in February for an April vacation. We never received verification therefore the reservation was created through another website. Upon checkout in the resort, we were educated there have been two concerns, same times, same title, and also the hotel employed one, although not the one through Hotels.com. They'd verify to Hotels.com the reservation wasn't utilized through them.

I informed Hotels.com via mail and on 20 May, obtained an email from Ivan M. At that business apologizing for almost any misunderstanding and declaring they find an answer in 72 hours... No term from Hotels.com since.

I've created 4 emails and been on-hold for %#*@ moments awaiting a solution with no term. We travel international a great deal in addition to across nation and that I purchased them previously. I believe their business strategy is problematic because they might obtain more $is from us later on than they'll by shafting on an abandoned reservation. No further transactions with one of these men.
