Unanswered Customer Service Calls and Late Flights for Six Months

I don't know where to start, customer service well they don't exist. I called and waited 30 min for a answer and they hang up on you, and please keep in mind I tried calling at least 7 times. I have not had a single flight on time both ways in the last 6 months. So just remember if you need to be there on time go to another airline because this company is horrible.
