I dont know where to start, customer service well they dont exist. I called and waited 30 min for a answer and they hang up on you, and please keep in mind i tried calling at least 7 times. I have not had a single flight on time both ways in the last 6 months. So just remember if you need to be there on time go to another airline because this company is horrible.
