NBC reported great deal for 5 day cruise plus 2 hotel nites is not worth the money or hassle. Hotel vouchers cannot be used!

After getting many friends and relatives to buy this NBC reported great deal, after forking out $500 plus, they said nobody could travel together after trying for reservations (they had recorded all our names first). Then when trying to get the hotel reservations, they handed us to a third party. So many restrictions that included having to use Priceline.com, pay up front, and waiting for vouchers that never came. They (both the travel agency and hotelcard) never helped, never answered phones, and no emails were accepted. Now we have an expensive hotel set up that Priceline won't cancell even though I can get a cheaper rate at the same hotel.
