I have booked over a dozen trips with you. On Christmas Eve you did not staff your ticket counter so our daughter was not able to check in. Since she was not allowed on the flight they would not allow her siblings either as they are minors. They tried for an hour to get an allegiant attendant to get them on the flight. Not only did our kids miss the flight due to the fact not one employee was available for any passengers on the flight, you now keep the money and offer no credit. Since our kids were stranded 1500 miles away on Christmas Eve I had no choice but to purchase another flight to a different destination at full price and drive over 700 miles to pick them up. You have lost a loyal customer due to your company policy's and lack of customer service. I will gladly pay another airline more money to have superior service. I know for a fact ANY other airline would of had enough employees needed to get the flight out... And helped us out ANY day of the year let alone Christmas Eve! I will continue to tell my story to anyone and everyone that will listen
